How long does it take to get my custom pet portrait?
Once we start working on your order, it typically takes about 4-6 weeks to complete your custom pet portrait. We dedicate significant time and attention to each piece to ensure we capture all those adorable details accurately.
Can I see how my pet's portrait is coming along?
Certainly! We have a live update system that lets you track your order's progress. You'll get to see photos and status updates throughout the crafting process, keeping you informed every step of the way
What if my pet has a really unique fur pattern? Can you still capture that?
We'll certainly do our best! Our artists are experts at recreating all sorts of fur patterns. We use a special needle felting technique to carefully apply each tuft of wool, matching your pet's unique coat as closely as possible. While some extremely complex patterns might not be 100% exact, we strive to capture your furry friend's essence as accurately as possible.
Do you use pre-made plastic eyes?
Absolutely not! We're all about authenticity. Our artists hand-paint and craft glass beads for each eye, so your pet's gaze looks completely natural and full of life. It takes a bit more time, but trust us, it's worth it for that realistic look.
I'm not great at taking photos. Will that be a problem?
Not at all. Just send us the best photos you have of your pet from different angles. If we need any additional shots to accurately capture your pet's look, we'll reach out. We're here to ensure we get every detail just right.
Can I choose how my pet's portrait is displayed?
Absolutely! Once your needle-felted portrait is complete, you'll gain access to our customization tool. You can explore different frames and backgrounds and see exactly how it will look before making your final choice. It's an enjoyable process to design the perfect display for your beloved pet.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do! If you're placing an order from outside the United States, the system will display a country selection option. Simply choose your country during checkout, and we'll ensure your gift is shipped to your location. We continue to offer free worldwide shipping to make sure your gift reaches you, no matter where you are.
Can you feature multiple pets in one piece?
At the moment, we're focusing on creating individual pet portraits. We can't combine multiple pets in a single piece, but we'd be thrilled to create separate portraits for each of your furry friends!
Do you accept custom pose or scene requests?
Our designers carefully select the best pose based on the photos you provide. While we can't accommodate specific pose requests right now, we promise to choose a pose that truly captures your pet's personality!
My pet has passed away, and I only have old photos. Can you still create a portrait?
Absolutely. We'd be honored to help preserve your pet's memory. Just upload the best photos you have of your beloved pet, and we'll work our magic to create a beautiful tribute.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift card services?
Yes, we do! We offer premium packaging services and hand-drawn gift card options. You'll see these as add-on choices when you place your order. They're perfect for making your gift extra special!
What's your policy if I'm not satisfied with the final product?
We pour our hearts into each handcrafted piece, but it's important to understand that it won't be an exact replica of your pet. There might be slight differences or small imperfections. Due to the custom nature of our work, we can't offer refunds based on likeness alone. We appreciate your understanding! However, we offer a 180-day quality guarantee on our products. If you encounter any issues such as damage, fading, or detachment, we will be happy to provide you with a refund.
What's the largest size portrait you can create?
For cats, we can create life-sized wool felt portraits. For dogs, our maximum size is about 5 inches tall. Check out the options on our order page for the most up-to-date size information!
Besides cats and dogs, do you create portraits of other pets like rabbits or birds?
Right now, we're focused on cats and dogs due to high demand. However, we may expand our offerings to include other pets like rabbits or birds in the future — so stay tuned!
