c. Minor variations and imperfections may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.
4. Pricing and Payment
a. Prices start at $199 and vary depending on the product chosen.
b. Full payment is required at the time of order.
5. Production Time
a. Production typically takes 4-6 weeks from when we start working on your order.
b. Shipping usually requires an additional 5-10 days.
c. After placing your order, you may need to enter a queue, and production will begin when it's your turn.
6. Order Tracking
Customers can track their order progress through our real-time update system.
7. Customization Options
a. Frame selection is available after the main portrait is completed.

8. Shipping
a. We offer worldwide shipping. When you access Feltpals from outside the United States, you will see the option to select a shipping country. Simply choose the country you wish to ship to.
b. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or other factors beyond our control.
9. Care Instructions
Customers are responsible for following the provided care instructions to maintain the quality of the portrait.
10. Charitable Donations
We donate 5% of each sale to pets in need of medical care.
11. Intellectual Property
All designs and artwork remain the intellectual property of our company.
12. Order Cancellations
Once your order begins production, it cannot be canceled. You may cancel your order before production starts, with a $5 handling fee applied to each order.
