Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds solely based on dissatisfaction with the likeness of the item.

2. Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you receive a product with manufacturing defects, please contact us within 180 days of receipt. We will take appropriate action to resolve the issue.

3. Damage During Shipping
If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

4. Resolution Process
In the event of a quality issue or shipping damage, we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution. This may include repair, a partial refund, or a replacement at our discretion. We guarantee the quality of our products for 180 days from the date of receipt. If you encounter issues such as damage, fading, or detachment during this period, we will cover the cost of return shipping and ensure the item is repaired or replaced.

5. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
As each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective. However, our 180-day quality guarantee ensures that we will address any issues that arise through repair, refund, or replacement to ensure your satisfaction.

6. Order Cancellations
Once production has begun on your custom order, cancellations are not possible. However, if you cancel before production starts, a $5 processing fee will be charged.

7. Refund Processing
If a refund is issued, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

8. Exceptions
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion.
